Freiburg, the region and the border triangle
Vulcano-Tour, 15-40km
On cycle tracks you will cross the sunniest areas of Germany. Along
picturesque seated villages and hidden ruins of old castles, the
landscape fascinates with a plethora of blooming fruit trees in
springtime. In summer and autumn the play of colours gets to its
peak.
Views towards the black forest, the Vosges and the vineyards planted
on volcanic rocks complete this unique nature experience. If desired
we combine this bicycle tour with a visit at a winery, wine tasting,
a winegrower picnic, tractor - or unimog ride.
Jungle Tour, 10-40 km
A leisurely flat tour through pretty tobacco and wine growing villages.
When reaching the open countryside we approach the idyllic nature
reserve 'Taubergießen'. In the midst of wild growing alluvial
forest of the former?? river Rhine we will enjoy a delicious picnic.
Finally, you will learn about the flora and fauna by gliding on
a boat through the untouched jungle landscape.
Three Lake Tour, about
55 km
We will start our bicycle tour at the 'Schluchsee', the biggest
lake in the black forest. Along the natural pond Windgefällweiher
and the highest train station of Germany, we will reach the heart
of the black forest- the famous lake 'Titisee'.
On a short stopover in Titisee you will get the chance to taste
the biggest black forest cake. With views over forests, deeply carved
river valleys and mellow open landscape you will always remember
this cycle tour as a very special nature experience.
Three Days- Three Country
Tour
The border triangle, embedded between the black forest (Germany),
the Vosges (France) and the Jura (Switzerland), enable you to discover
cities and regions which are close by but yet very different. This
tour can be booked as a daytrip or as a multi-day tour.
Requirements
All tours are suitable for cyclists as well as for touring cyclists
due to their diverse routing. Our aim is to make the tours as enjoyable
as possible therefore we go by your needs and requests.
